Boot Camp For Athletes Every Tuesday and Thursday in June Cost: $20 per day
This class is a “kid boot camp” targeting 7th-9th graders who have or are currently participating in any sports. Half of this class will be focused on training proper movement patterns and biomechanics in developing athletes to aid in injury prevention and efficient skill development. The other half will be an outdoor workout utilizing the appropriate mechanics we have just learned designed to keep these kids in shape during the summer! The content of this class will not only increase athlete’s knowledge and body awareness, it could also give them an edge over competition as utilizing efficient mechanics can significantly improve skill, strength, speed, and agility. It will be most beneficial for the athletes to attend all sessions, however if they need to occasionally miss, they will be able to pick back up the following session.
